Why do you have a "Registered Users" area that anyone can access without a password?

As Developers and regular Web Users ourselves we know it is very frustrating to get to a site and find registration required ... but have no idea of the nature of the information hidden behind the "Registered Access" wall. We decided to try, as much as possible, to show potential Registered members an overview or summary of what they would be getting access to for their trouble.

To get to the actual information however, requires Registration.
